The Arch & The Old Courthouse

Automatic Controls Equipment Systems, Inc. is proud to be the Building Automation provider for two of St. Louis historic landmarks – The Arch and Old Courthouse.

Since 2011, ACES has been working with the National Parks Department to provide a comprehensive building automation system, ensuring seamless integration with critical building technology.

The most recent project in 2023 was to renovate The Old Courthouse, a $24.5 million renovation project that marks a significant endeavor to preserve the integrity of this architectural gem. As part of the renovation, this includes the installation of a new HVAC system, an essential component structure, and enhancing its functionality.
